Returns & Exchanges

返品・交換について

Customer-initiated returns

Returns or exchanges for items of equal or lesser value are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for unopened and unused items only. Please contact us at ac@andromedajapan.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

■ お客様都合による返品・交換：商品到着後7日以内、未開封・未使用品に限ります。返送送料はお客様負担。

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us at ac@andromedajapan.com. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund at our expense.

■ 不良品・商品相違：当社負担にて交換または全額返金いたします。

Non-returnable items

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for opened or used items, items damaged due to customer negligence, or customer-initiated cancellations of preorder items.

■ 返品・交換不可：開封済み・使用済みの商品、お客様責任による損傷品、プレオーダー商品のお客様都合キャンセル。
